Click & Collect allows you to buy online and collect your purchases in store. When collecting your items in store remember to bring your order confirmation email, either in printed form or on a smart phone.
We ship within Ireland.
Enjoy free shipping on all orders, €70 and over, within the Republic of Ireland.
The delivery charge for orders less than €70 is €7 within the Republic of Ireland.
The delivery charge for all orders delivered to Northern Ireland is €12.
Our deliveries are managed by DPD. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, however in Ireland delivery should be within 1-2 business days.
Please include a contact mobile number when ordering so that the courier can contact you to organise the quickest possible delivery.
Our Returns Policy
In the event that your online purchase is unsuitable we offer a refund but all items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of purchase.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
All items must be fit for re-sale and in the same condition as received. This means that:
- The item is unworn and unwashed
- All tags in place
- Item is undamaged, no tears, rips or shredding
- Item does not smell of smoke, body odour, perfume or have any other pungent odour
- Item does not have makeup or any other staining.
We reserve the right to refuse returns on any merchandise which does not meet these conditions.
All returns should be sent to Magees Fashion Shop, Main St. Boyle, Co. Roscommon, F52VE08.
Refunds to cards can take 3-5 working days to process. The refund will be processed via the same payment method used to make the purchase. You will receive a confirmation via text/ email once your refund has been processed. If you have not received your refund into your account after more than 14 days please contact your bank.
On occasion, due to items being out of stock we may need to cancel items from your order. We will always phone you to advise of this. Your order will be voided and the original card authorisation will be cancelled.
Transactions with some banks may show pending on your online transactions but this is not a debited transaction from your account. Once order has been cancelled please allow up to 7 working days for this pending transaction to be removed from your pending transactions.
The cancellation of your order will not create any charge to your card.
Claims for compensation due to errors in illustrations, prices or texts, or due to late delivery or failure to deliver, are strictly excluded. The colour of the products displayed on our website may deviate slightly from the actual product colour.
Gift cards cannot be returned once purchased and cannot be exchanged for cash.
